Your order

Every Made-to-Order gown is a signature Houghton silhouette, made to your order in Los Angeles in the size you specify. All purchases are final sale.

Payment

All Made-to-Order and Custom orders are paid in full at the time the order is placed.

Sizing

Sizing is specified on each product page. It is your responsibility to select the correct size; our size chart and sizing guide are provided to assist you, and our stylists are available to advise at bride@houghtonstudio.com. For in-person orders, measurements are taken by our stylists at the Beverly Hills atelier.

Production and delivery

Standard orders are delivered in 12 weeks. Embroidered and lace styles are delivered in 16 to 20 weeks. Delivery times are estimated from the date the order and sizing are confirmed.

Rush orders

Where a rush is possible, a 20% rush fee is applied to the order. Extreme rush orders may be accommodated by direct inquiry and are subject to availability.

Fit

Your gown is made to the measurements provided. If the gown has been made to the correct measurements and further fit adjustments are required, alterations are available for a fee. If an error is made on Houghton's part, the order will be accommodated and the necessary corrections made at no charge.

Alterations

Minor alterations are expected and are not included in the purchase price. For online orders, we recommend a seamstress local to you; alterations by the Houghton atelier are available on request and quoted separately.

Shipping

Shipping is complimentary within the United States. Rush shipping charges may apply.
